PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
- A mandatory non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $20 for adults and $10 for children (Ages 1-11 y/o) will be required for all bookings. No exceptions!
- Deposits cannot be transferred to a new appointment for any missed, no-show, no-call, or canceled appointments.
- Deposits will be applied toward your final balance.
- Deposits will not be accepted the day of your appointment.
- Appointments booked online without a deposit will be canceled within 24 hours. No exceptions!
- Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email confirming your date and time.
- Same day or Sunday appointments will not be accepted.
- No call/ No show will be charged 50%, up front, for any future appointments.
- Hair should be washed and blow dried, with no products, prior to your appointment.
- I will not fix another stylist’s work.
- Do not book an appointment if you or your child is sick, coughing, sneezing, has a runny nose, etc.
- Children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their services.
